My name is A.J. and this is a site showcasing what i’m up to in photography and design.   And why call it Modrew… the name is a combination of my daughters names.  They’re cool kids.

As for where I’m physically located… just outside of Toronto, to the north-west-ish.  If you want to talk about hiring me for a project, whatever the size or scope, give me a shout and we’ll figure something out.  Photography, graphic design, video, web, creative direction… that’s the stuff I do.

Currently I’m working for a few clients on a continuing basis.  I’m the Online Editor, and co-Graphic Designer for a great show, WTF… What The Future which is airing on CNBC World.   I do numerous graphic design and editing projects for a number of documentaries produced by Stornoway Productions and Breakout Educational Network.   During the summer of 2008 I had the opportunity to work as an editor and graphic designer on an incredible documentary by Paul Saltzman that featured Morgan Freeman.  Prom Night In Mississippi was an “official selection” and critically acclaimed at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival, and is currently under the HBO Documentary Films umbrella.
