On Top of T.O.
This was one of the cooler places I’ve been in the city… A couple of weeks ago I was doing some promo shots for Jody Ness who hosts and co-produces Wine Portfolio. He also owns Wildfire Steakhouse in Toronto. Anyway, we started our shoot on the roof of the Pantages Condos, basically on the corner of Yonge & Dundas. 45 stories plus a couple of staircases up to the roof and you’ve got quite a view, lots of wind… and no railing. After we had our fill of the high life, we shot some stuff on Queen West, got asked not to shoot in an empty bar because we might offend the employees, and finally ended up at Jody’s restaurant for some more shots and finally a killer steak dinner.
