WTF… some raw footage
Last week I was downtown and at the airport shooting some footage for a new show’s title sequence. The show is WTF (What The Future…) produced by Re:source Media. The shoot was directed by Dennis Chan and the host/producer is this really nice South African fella named Warren Kimmel. I’ll be editing the final intro this/next week and posting it then. The following video is just a bunch of the raw footage slapped together, not colour corrected. It basically follows Warren around. Amazing? Oh yes… amazing.
As for tech specs on the shoot… if you care:
- Shot with the Canon 5d MkII (mostly all hand held)
- Shot at 24fps
- 2 lenses used – Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM and the Canon EF 50mm F/1.8 II
- Polarizing filters and UV filters used on both lenses
- Edited in FCP, footage imported using the Log and Transfer with Canon preset.
- Exported using Compressor
- Song used: Cedars of Lebanon – U2
