Lifeguards Save Lives
Earlier this week I put together another shoot for this water park project i’m working on.
For you technically inclined people… I shot the pool scenes with my Canon 5d Mk II, using 2 lenses. The 135mm L and the 24-105mm L IS. Tad from Storystream helped set up the shoot and we did the thing at the Nottawasaga Resort in Alliston. Most of our shots were just of the pool and of the slide, but we did bring up a big green screen for one scene.
The shoot went pretty smooth BUT the lifeguard on duty did impress us all with a lifesaving maneuver near the end of the shoot. Our actress Karen was the one most impressed.
The film that this and the greenscreen footage is shot for is set for completion in early April.
What happened with the actress??? Did she drown??
Oh Sarah, if she had, i wouldn’t have titled it “Lifeguards Save Lives,” it would have been more like “Lifeguards Let People Drown”
